  I have been to this garage a few times but recently needed work done to my car, I was told I didnt need a appointment, hurt drop in! Well I turned up at 8.50, was told the guy working on my car was finishing up and it would be a hour before my car was ready, fair enough! I waited and waited in the waiting room, and whilst 4 mechanics stood in office having chat and laugh for 15 mins at one occasion my car still parked outside. Finally my car driven in to garage at 10.45, almost two hrs from when I arrived, and work still not done, left garage 11.30. Very disappointed
